Making time

It's time to make some more lovely things for little people as we prepare for our next market in October.

I'm so excited to have sourced some beautiful organic cotton/hemp textiles. I've been screen printing some of these fabrics and making them into cosy quilts. The organic cotton blended with hemp produces a wonderfully durable fabric that is still lovely and soft. The quilts are filled with locally manufactured wool blanket fabric.

I've also been using an organic cotton/flax fabric which is unbleached, providing an effortless base for vibrant red stars. And we are still using gorgeous cotton/linen fabric with Japanese prints that portray the beauty of nature.

The quilts are designed for cots and measure around 130x110cm. Some people have also bought them to display on the end of their larger beds.

We are also working on a range of tops for both boys and girls.

Stay tuned for more pictures soon.

Many thanks to all who have supported our business over the past two years.

  1. Hi Miriam

It's lovely to see what you've been creating, you clever thing. And what fabrics! I particularly love the Japanese birdies. I'm looking forward to seeing them in October.
